2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The "undetected" status is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an absolute guarantee of safety. Game developers and anti-cheat systems are constantly improving their detection methods, which may result in a change of the Product's status at any time.

The Seller makes every effort to maintain the Product's functionality but cannot guarantee its uninterrupted operation following game or anti-cheat updates.

3. UPDATES AND SUPPORT

Following game or anti-cheat system updates, the Product's functionality may be temporarily disrupted. In such cases, please wait for the corresponding Product update to be released. Update timelines are not guaranteed.

4. REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the license key has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Game account ban for any reason
• Detection of the Product by anti-cheat systems
• Discontinuation of Product development or support
• Incorrect product selection at the time of purchase
• Hardware incompatibility with system requirements
• Failure to follow technical instructions and recommendations
• Any other circumstances

5. EXCHANGES AND TRANSFERS

Exchanging the purchased Product for another item, as well as transferring the license to different software or a different game, is not permitted.

6. LICENSE DURATION

The Product is purchased for the entire duration of its existence within the selected plan. The Seller does not guarantee a specific period of support or updates.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Seller is not responsible for:

• Changes to the game that affect the Product's functionality
• Updates or improvements to anti-cheat systems
• Implementation of new third-party software detection methods
• Discontinuation of the game or any of its components
• Any changes made by the game developers

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making a payment, you automatically confirm that you:

• Have fully read this agreement
• Agree with all stated terms and conditions
• Understand all risks associated with the use of the Product

Lack of awareness of this document does not exempt you from its terms. Each case is reviewed individually.
